Koss HQ1

$40.00 Released April, 2005

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Plenty of loud, thumping bass ideal for certain styles of music. Cord is thick enough that you don't have to worry about damaging it. Simple, clean look to the design.

The Cons:Cord is very long, tends to get in the way. Earcups get pretty hot after an hour or so. Bass is a bit muffled and tends to overwhelm the other ranges.

The Koss HQ1 are full-sized stereo headphones with closed leatherette ear cushions and a padded headband for noise isolation and comfort.  The headphones feature a unique vibration circuit to create a 'moving' experience which would enhance gaming and have vibration controls to adjust or turn off the vibration.

They also feature a thick diaphragm and Neodymium magnet to produce deep bass and treble clarity.  The HQ1 headphones have an 8 ft durable cord with 3.5mm jack and can be collapsed for easy storage and portability.  They run on 2 'AAA' batteries that give a 40-hour battery life and are backed by a lifetime warranty.  The HQ1 headphones stand out from Koss' other full-sized headphones due to their unique vibration feature, vibration controls, and use of batteries that the other models lack.
