Shure SRH750DJ
$149.00
Released November, 2009
The Pros:Bass and mids do not overwhelm like predecessor Shure models. Excellent quality bass frequencies, louder than competition (e.g. Denon). Lightweight components increase comfort during long periods of use.
The Cons:Headband does not support earcups as well as most over-ear sets. Build quality is not terribly durable, mostly plastic and hinges creak.
Shure's SRH750DJ headphones are specifically intended for professional DJ use and accordingly are calibrated to work best with high-power DJ mixers. The earcups are comfortable and padded and can be swiveled outwards to monitor while mixing.
